We hope you love your Wee Me Baby order. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns information below before sending any items back to us.

Returns Policy

UPS Drop Off Return UK Mainland only £5.25 deducted from refund We can provide a UPS returns label for you to print and attach to your parcel, then drop off at a UPS Access Point.
Return Yourself Within 28 days of delivery Customer pays return postage You may return using your own tracked postal method. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Sale & Outlet Items Not eligible Not returnable Sale and outlet items are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How To Return An Item

  1. Contact customer services by email before sending your return.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Choose your preferred return method and let our customer service team know.
  4. You will receive a returns authorisation number.
  5. Complete the returns slip included with your order and add your returns authorisation number.
  6. Send the parcel back to us using your chosen return method.
  7. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
Returns sent without a returns authorisation number may be refused, returned to sender or delayed.

Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer services as soon as possible.
  • Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
  • Faults, damages or discrepancies should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please do not return faulty, damaged or incorrect items before contacting us.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer an exchange service.
  • Approved returns will be refunded or credited by gift card where applicable.
  • If you need a different size or style, please place a new order separately.
  • Sale and outlet items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  • Items must not be marked, stained, scented or damaged.
  • Please take care when trying on items and avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, smoke, food or drink.
  • Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
  • Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received free postage as part of a promotion or offer, we reserve the right to deduct our standard postage cost of £5.95 from your refund.
  • If a UPS returns label is used, £5.25 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost.

Important Return Notes

  • UK Mainland customers may use our UPS Drop Off returns service where available.
  • For returns from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Europe or the rest of the world, please contact customer services before sending your parcel.
  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
  • We cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.
