Orders
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot see it.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delivery
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Express delivery has a next working day aim after dispatch, but next day delivery is not guaranteed. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.
How much is delivery?
UK Standard Delivery is £5.95 and UK Express Delivery is £7.95. International delivery prices are quoted at checkout where available.
Do you offer international delivery?
International delivery options and prices are shown at checkout where available. Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
How can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your selected delivery method, tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?
Please allow a little extra time during sale events, bank holidays and severe weather. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service before sending any items back. Returns must be authorised before posting. Full details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order separately.
Are sale or outlet items returnable?
Sale and outlet items are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of your return for your refund to be processed. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
What should I do if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. Faults, damages or discrepancies should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I choose the right size?
Please use our Size Guide as a general guide. Sizing may vary slightly between brands, styles and materials.
Does Spanish babywear fit small?
Some Spanish-inspired babywear can fit neatly. If your child is between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size.
How should I wash delicate babywear?
Please always check the care label on the garment before washing. General care advice can be found on our Care Instructions page.
Can you help me choose a size?
Yes. If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major debit cards, credit cards and express payment options.
Are prices shown in GBP?
Yes. Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise displayed by your selected checkout settings.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Our Shopify checkout is secure and payment details are processed safely through the payment providers available at checkout.
