We use Royal Mail and UPS to deliver your orders safely. Please find our UK and international delivery information below.

Delivery times are estimates and are counted from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 48 £5.95 Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch Our economy UK delivery service. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day, although dispatch may take longer during busy periods, sale events and holidays.
Express Delivery - Royal Mail 24 / UPS £7.95 Next working day aim after dispatch Our express delivery service. Orders placed before 11am are usually processed the same working day, but next working day delivery is not guaranteed.
International Delivery Quoted at checkout Varies by destination International delivery options and prices are calculated at checkout where available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
UPS Upgrade Included where selected or upgraded Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch Large, high value or commercial address orders may be upgraded to UPS at our discretion.
Some remote areas, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands and offshore addresses may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Orders placed after 11am may be processed the next working day.
  • Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
  • If tracking is available, tracking details will be included in your dispatch email.
  • During sale events, peak periods and holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

International Delivery

  • International delivery options and prices are shown at checkout where available.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
  • International parcels may take up to 14 working days or longer during busy periods.
  • We are unable to control delays caused by customs, border checks or local postal services.
International orders are sent DDU, Delivery Duty Unpaid. Customers outside the UK may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges. These charges are not included in our product or delivery prices.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Parcels

  • Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
  • We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed collection or unsuccessful delivery attempt, postage costs may be deducted from any refund.
  • If you would like the order resent, an additional delivery charge may apply.
  • If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
  • Please allow a little extra time during sale events, Christmas, bank holidays and severe weather disruption.
  • We may need to wait for the courier investigation period before a replacement or refund can be arranged.
  • If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered, please check with neighbours, your local delivery office, reception, concierge or safe place before contacting us.
