DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION


We use UPS & Royal Mail to deliver world-wide and offer various delivery options. We offer direct delivery to your door and local collection via UPS Access Points to mainland UK. 

Multiple delivery options are also available by using your UPS/RM tracking number when marked as dispatched to change your delivery. 

UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options for UK orders:

Express Delivery - RM24 / UPS  – Our Express service. This is a next day service and most of the orders will be delivered on the next working day after dispatch, however, it is not guaranteed. Please take this into consideration when placing your order, if you require your order urgently. Whilst we make every effort to have orders placed before 11:00 delivered next day we cannot guarantee they will be delivered next day. If placed before 11:00 your order will be processed the same day.

Express - UPS Access Point Collection – Perfect for if you are not going to be in or want more flexibility with your order. This is classed as an Express next day service. Your order will be delivered to your nearest UPS access point for you to collect at a time that suits you. A list of UPS access points can be found here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_GB - We will deliver to the closest Access Point available unless you specify a certain one within the order notes. Please note : Any uncollected parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the postage costs. If placed before 11:00 your order will be processed the same day.

Standard Delivery - RM48 – Delivered directly to your door. 1 working day dispatch time. This is an economy class service and is typically delivered within 2-3 working days but this is not guaranteed. Available for UK and NI. Dispatch times may be extended at peak/busy periods.

International Delivery

We offer UPS as an Express option and Royal Mail International as an economy option.

PLEASE BE AWARE: YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES/FEES/TAXES - READ BELOW BEFORE ORDERING

UPS Express / Expedited - Collected from us and delivered directly to your door by UPS. Fully tracked and insured, delivery aim is 2-5 working days after dispatch worldwide with all UPS services.

UPS provide set delivery dates and 99.9% of the time stick to them - we will let you know the delivery date when your order is shipped - you can check in advance by contacting customer support and letting them know your postal code and country

Royal Mail International Tracked – Delivered directly to your door. This is an economy service and delivery times may be up to 14 working days. Fully trackable on Royal Mail's website. Available on orders up to 2kg.

Please note: Duties, customs fees and other local charges may apply when importing a parcel. All parcels are sent DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid. It is the buyers responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. If you are unsure please consult your local customs authority.

Undeliverable Parcel Information

In the event that you are not home and UPS/RM are unable to deliver your parcel they may opt to deliver it to your nearest UPS Access Point or Post Office ready for you to collect at your convenience. UPS/RM May also deliver your parcel to a safe place or neighbour. If you are not going to be in we recommend using the UPS Access Point delivery, however you can use your orders tracking number on the UPS/RM website to update your preferences and options. 

If you do not think you will be in we urge you to use the UPS Access Point service so you can collect your parcel at a time suitable, or alternatively via Royal Mail, you can re-arrange or send to your local post office for collection.

By placing an order on our website you acknowledge that your parcel may be delivered to a "safe place" if you are unavailable on the delivery date and do not select any other delivery options via the couriers website.

Other Delivery Information

We will not take responsibility for orders made using an incorrect address, as a customer this is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. If we should need to claim for lost parcels with UPS/RM and you have entered the wrong or incomplete address then you will only get back the value that UPS/RM refunds. If they do not refund unfortunately you will not get your money back this is purely down to you not entering your address when ordering which would be the reason why your parcel couldn’t be delivered.

If parcels are returned to us due to failure to collect, refused delivery, undeliverable, incorrect address, non-existent address or any other reason for failure you will be refunded minus the postage costs for sending the item and returning the item. 

We cannot be held liable for customers selecting an incorrect shipping option or any delays and would urge you to place your order sooner than it’s required to ensure you receive it on time. Please also take our dispatch time into account when placing an order. Some parts of the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isles, Wales and other remote or off-shore addresses may take an additional 1-2 days to deliver and on occasion may be dispatched with an alternative 24-48 Hour service if required. All delivery times including dispatch time are given in working days and exclude bank/public holidays and weekends. 


RETURNS


In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return them to us within 28 days of order being delivered in their original, saleable condition with a completed return note stating the reason for return. 

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact customer services prior to sending items back to us, please read below for further information on how to make a return.

FAULTY / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS


In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please take photographs showing the issues and contact customer support via email as detailed below providing the photos within the email. Please report faults, damages and discrepancies within 7 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES

Please note: We do not offer an exchange service. All approved returns will only be eligible for refund or store credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

How to send items back to us:

  1. Contact customer support via email info@weemebaby.co.uk
  2. Provide your order number and reason why you would like to return
  3. Choose your returns method from the methods listed below and let the customer service team know so they can then process the return accordingly
  4. You will receive a returns authorization number
  5. Fill in the enclosed returns slip that you had received with your order with the returns authorization number
  6. Send the parcel back to us using the chosen returns method
  7. You will receive an email once your return has been processed

RETURNS METHODS

UPS Drop Off – UPS will email you with a returns label for you to print off, affix this label to your returns parcel and drop it off at your nearest UPS Access Point. Access points can be found here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_GB

Some UPS Access Points offer printing, or printer-less facilities however this is subject to availability and location. 

£4.50 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping costs for using this method

UPS Collection – If you would prefer a courier came to collect your parcel with a pre-printed returns label, this can be arranged via our customer support team or if you had selected drop off and have changed your mind by calling UPS directly on 03457 877 877 or visiting https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_GB to schedule a collection

£9.50 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping & collection (£4.25 for return postage and a further £5 for the courier collection and pre-printed label costs if booked in via our support team). If booked in yourself collection fees will be payable to UPS directly and may vary.

Return Yourself – Return your order to us via your own method. Please ensure you use a tracked service and send the return to the following address:

Our Recommendation – Using the UPS Drop off service is typically cheaper than sending from the Post Office with tracking and is a next day service so your return is processed as fast as possible. UPS returns are delivered to us when our orders are collected so they are typically processed as they arrive. Other methods delivery times and in turn processing times vary especially during peak periods.
