2nd Class Standard UK Recorded Delivery: £3.95, Please note that this service can usually take 3-5 working days but is not guaranteed, this can depend on location and postcode. Please also take into consideration during busy periods postage can take a little longer to arrive. Bank Holiday service are also more restricted, if concerned please message us before ordering.
We will not take responsibility for orders made using an incorrect address, as a customer this is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. If we should need to claim for lost parcels with Royal Mail and you have entered the wrong or incomplete address then you will only get back the value that Royal Mail refunds. If they do not refund unfortunately you will not get your money back this is purely down to you not entering your address when ordering which would be the reason why your parcel couldn’t be delivered.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return them to us within 14 days of dispatch in their original, saleable condition with a return note stating the reason for return.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned
When trying on items, please ensure that they are not in contact with anything that may mark, stain or add scent to them such as deodorant, perfume, cigarettes, food and drinks. Clothes Tags must remain in tact, We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Returned items will be at the cost of the buyer
Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of returns for us to process your refund. Your refund will be refunded on to the same card you used to make your purchase.
